Dry weather effects the fell race 2018

The field directly below Spray House Farm is out of bounds to everyone this year. The field was re-seeded early this year and because of the dry, hot weather it did not grow, and has now been re-seeded.

The ground is not in a condition to be used and must be ruled out this year. We have been given permission for a new route through the farm yard for the race and spectators to pass through.

The Finish for Junior u13, u15. u17 and Senior race will finish on the Glossop side (North) of the farm yard ( see map )

We ask that spectators going to watch the race / finish, respect the privacy of the owner; this is a working farm so please pass quickly through the yard.

Marshals, Traffic coordinators etc. need to make sure that nobody enters the field below the farm [to the left of the drive going up].

Thanks for your cooperation.
Mel Cranmer
